PILATES FAQ:

Do I need Pilates experience to join?

  • Not at all! Classes are designed to be beginner-friendly with options to level up or modify. Just come ready to move!

What Should I Bring?

  • Water, a mat (extras available), comfortable workout clothes, grip socks (optional), and shoes for cardio based classes.

How early should I arrive?

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class time. The studio doors open 10 minutes before start time.

What happens if class is cancelled?

  • If there are 4 or fewer attendees, class will be cancelled. You will be notified in advance and receive a full refund back.

How do I pay?

  • Payment is accepted via payment link while booking or the option to e-transfer, or bring cash at the studio.

Can I book last minute?

  • Yes booking online or drop ins are allowed if spots are available.

Where is the studio located?

  • The field house/rink dressing room side of the Thorsby Recreation Complex, up the stairs to the dance studio.
