About Me

Hi, I’m Brook Pawlick, CHNC

I grew up on an acreage outside of Edmonton, Alberta, riding horses, living the country lifestyle, and spending most of my years as an all-star cheerleader. Being active has always been part of who I am. I also come from a hockey family, which makes it no surprise that today I live abroad in Finland supporting my boyfriend, a professional hockey player, and spend summers back home in Canada with family and friends.

But my path to holistic nutrition wasn’t always straightforward. For years, I struggled with health issues and a lifestyle that truly never supported my health. Being a prior teacher, teaching preschool, I knew I needed a career that could adapt with me — one that aligned with my passion for wellness, travel, and being creative. That’s when I found the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

Holistic nutrition transformed my own health, and now I help others do the same. My approach is designed for:

  • Athletes looking to fuel performance, recovery, and longevity in their sport.

  • Everyday Clients ready to feel better in their bodies, improve energy, and heal digestion.

  • Those seeking mental wellness support, because I believe deeply that food and lifestyle are powerful tools to support our mood and mental health.

Why do I do this? Because I love educating and empowering people — especially those who feel overwhelmed or don’t know where to start. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy parent, or someone just wanting more balance, I’m here to show you that small, simple shifts can completely change your life.

Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking, doing Pilates, exploring new places, or walking my Labradoodle, Bo. I thrive on creativity, balance, and connection — and I can’t wait to help you thrive too.
